There is no greater gift to give yourself…and your creative spirit…than to infuse your work with the talent and inspiration from other artists.
Let’s face it, owning a business is not for the faint of heart. Much as I love..repeat LOVE…working away in my studio, I do find that there are days when life can feel a bit solitary….most of my conversation is with myself… or my dogs. So when the time came to hatch the new designs and do some much needed photography for the line, I called Tiffany Kirchner Dixon…a photographer I have admired for some time.
Of course, I couldn’t get Tiffany right away…not only is she much in demand, but she had some Rodeo Ridin’ to do this summer, so I had to wait. Yes, she was riding in the rodeo!!!! (Oh if I had a nickel for every time I heard that excuse!) We set a date and Tiffany gave me the address of Farm & Frills in Buckley, WA, our location for the shoot.
All I can say, is that I showed up to this amazing shop, a converted gas station, with Tiffany’s aqua blue vintage truck parked outside and had one of the best times of my life. I handed over my goods to Tiffany and Kris ( owner of Farm & Frills) and they worked all day creating some of the most beautiful still lifes I could ever imagine for Full Circle Studio. These gifted, talented, creative Goddess/artists just poured their talent and taste right into my products and captured the spirit of what I want FCS to feel like for my customers. The photography is featured in our new catalogue and throughout the website.
Endless thanks for a creative infusion that is still bubbling!
